Previously, Pervaiz Shan established hospitals in Dhirkot and Ghaziabad, providing high-quality medical care to communities in need. In 2025, a joint venture with Sardar Ashraf Khan, owner of Zaman Medical Complex in Trar Khel, led to the creation of the now renowned CHC Zaman Hospital, further expanding access to modern healthcare under his visionary leadership.
